Appointments

Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefits as estimated by your insurance carrier. We will process your claim and estimate your patient responsibility, which is due at the time of service and may be paid by any of the listed options. The final payment made by the insurance company may be different from the original estimate: any over payment will be refunded or credited and any underpayment will be billed directly to you. You may use credit card, money cards, money orders, personal checks, or cash.

Payment and Financing Options
